FRED MOMPO
|
|
Fred Mompo is a 34 year old bodybuilder and trainer from Montpellier,
France. From 1998 to 2005, Fred competed in many natural bodybuilding
competitions in which he won 5 UIBBN World Natural Championships and 1
UIBBN European Natural Championship. He is a 4 time Champion of France
and has competed in the United States in Musclemania competitions, in
2005, 2007 and again in 2009 when we met Fred competing in Miami at the
Musclemania Universe Championships when he placed 2nd in the Lightweight
Class. He has also competed and achieved Pro status in the NGA (Natural
Gym Association). In 2008, Fred became the national trainer of Team
France for bodybuilding. In addition, Fred holds several personal
training certifications and trains clients for power and flexibility at a
private martial arts center in Europe. With the help of NAB photographer
Kelvin Stansberry, we photographed Fred in Miami after he stepped off
stage. He looked fantastic and we are very pleased to add Fred Mompo to
