Ian is an impressive example of a natural
competitive bodybuilder. From Rochester, New York,
Ian stands 5'11" tall and competes at a weight
of 185 lbs. In 2004, Ian competed in the INBF
Natural New York City competition and placed second
out of five in the Men's Novice class. In 2006, Ian
competed again in the NGA Natural Northeast
competition held in Rochester, and he placed 3rd in
the open light-heavyweight class. Just 22 years old,
Ian has a great future in the sport. He has been
training for the past 3 years. In addition to
bodybuilding, Ian is interested in fitness modeling
opportunities. He will be graduating from college
soon as a physics major, and will pursue a
biophysics PhD program. Muscle and brains, quite a
combination! And we are lucky to have found Ian and
