JOE DEPANO
 |
|
Joe Depano is a 24 year old upcoming bodybuilder from Long Island. He
stands 5'7" tall and weighs 165 lbs. but leans down to 144 lbs. when
competing. He has a 42" chest, a 30" waist, 17" arms, 23" quads and 16"
calves. He has competed in several natural bodybuilding competitions,
including the 2004 INBF Long Island Experience (2nd Place Teens), 2005 All
Natural Revolution (2nd Place Teens and 3rd Place Novice Lightweight),
2006 INBF All Natural Revolution (4th Place Novice Lightweight) and 2009
INBF Long Island Experience where he won 1st Place in the Novice
Lightweights Class. With the help of NAB photographer Steve Roberts, we
photographed Joe at the 2009 show. Joe has had an active sports
background in hockey and kickboxing in addition to bodybuilding. Joe has
been training steadily since age 16 when he received a gym membership from
his parents for his birthday. He loves the sport of bodybuilding and has
been competing since 2004. Joe is also interested in exploring any
fitness modeling opportunities that come his way. We look forward to
