| We met John when he was competed at an INBF
Natural Long Island Experience Bodybuilding
Championships on Long Island. We convinced this
novice bodybuilder from upstate New York to pose for
our cameras. John, a karate and martial arts
instructor, is 22 years old, weighs 155 lbs in
competition (165 off-season) and stands 5'7"
tall. He won the Novice Lightweight class at the
INBF Natural Northeast America. John hopes to
continue competing and is also considering fitness
modeling. We are pleased to have John here at
