Marc is a fitness model and has modeled for several
photographers in St. Louis, where he lives and was born
and raised.He loves sports whether it’s watching or
competing in them. Marc was a wrestler in high school
and still plays soccer, hockey, water-skiing and snow
skiing. He has always liked to keep himself in good
shape and usually find himself at the gym about four or
five days a week which leads to how Marc was introduced
to the world of modeling. He was approached at his gym
by someone who said he thought he should try out for a
competition, the Romantic Times Convention - Romance
Novel Cover Model Competition. Marc was a little
skeptical at first, but after a little research found
out the competition was legitimate. He decided to give
it a try especially since it happened to be in his home
that year. He had never been in a photo shoot before,
but was soon set up with a great photographer named Mark
Swain. After his first photo shoot, Marc's pictures were
submitted for the competition and he was soon thereafter
accepted. The competition was a three-day event, that
included everything from interacting with hundreds of
women to runway modeling, to choreographed poses with
female models. The main goal of the competition was to
attract the attention of romance novel publishers and
possibly be asked to be on the cover of one of their
novels. He had a great time meeting new people and
performing for the crowd. and ended up placing 2nd
runner-up overall and had a few offers from publishers.
Since then Marc has had two more photo shoots with Mark
Swain to try to build a portfolio and has appeared on
several Romance Novel Covers. We are pleased to add Marc
