Peter Rusted has, at the age of 24, learned how to
overcome obstacles. Born in Burlington, VT, nearly 4 months
premature, he weighed only 1 lb. 13 oz. He was not expected to
survive and the odds were against him to have a normal life. He
defied those odds and participated in many sports to hone those
motor skills he was late to develop. Growing up in Newfoundland,
Canada, his primary sport was competitive swimming, which he
participated in for 7 years as a swimmer and then 4 more as a
coach. He also played basketball and tennis before developing
his passion for bodybuilding. He entered the 2004 Newfoundland
and Labrador Provincial Bodybuilding Championships and as a
rookie took home the Novice Title as well as 3rd place in the
Light-Heavyweight division. Peter moved to Florida in 2004 and
continued his training. In 2006, he entered the NPC Florida
Gold Cup Bodybuilding Championships and placed 1st in both the
Novice and Light-Heavyweight Divisions once again. In 2007,
Peter was chosen as the Cover Model for Real Gainz Magazine and
was featured in their January issue. Peter is a driven
individual who always strives to be his best and he works hard to
achieve his goals. He has overcome many personal issues within
his lifetime and uses his personal experience to help others so
that they too can achieve their goals and dreams. We are very
