Shawn is natural bodybuilder, fitness model and
a former Marine. After wrestling for three years in
high school at the 125 weight class, Shawn started
weight training. He has been lifting for the last 12
years and started competing just two years ago. His
first show was the 2003 D.C. Musclemania in which he
took 2nd place in the Novice division. His second
show was the INFB Michigan State Championships, and
there he took 1st place in his Novice weight class
and also the overall title. Most recently, Shawn did
his third show, the 2005 St. Louis Musclemania. At
31 years of age, Shawn stands 5'11" tall. He
has baseball biceps and a 32" waist! We are
pleased to add Shawn to our team of top bodybuilding
